The rooms were very clean as the hotel was recently renovated, so it was spotless indeed. The windows were double layered and the level of noise was almost zero. The view of the sea from the rooms was priceless.

The staff were unprofessional, not trained well, and they do not belong in this hotel. I have majored and worked in the hospitality field and I am very sad to see such poor level of product knowledge and how un prepared the hotel staff were. The hotel claims on the site free interenet, but when you arrive they tell you there is a charge for it 2 dollars each hour or a deal package 20 dollars for 24 hour, the hotel doesnt have room service, the hotel room doesnt have iron board, or iron, coffee or tea pot. Its very simple. But extremely clean, and the cleaning staff were very very nice and professional.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean room at Boutique Hotel. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful sea. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Despite being on the highway, the double glass windows effectively blocked out any noise. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby malls and supermarkets. The breakfast, although simple, had a good variety of options. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I liked the beautiful view over the sky bule sea , the location was perfect and close to all main cafe shops and restaurants in Beirut.

Amazing Sea View & Friendly Staff

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a lovely hotel in the heart of Jal el Dib. The hotel offered stunning views of the sea and mountains which was the highlight of my stay. The staff welcomed me warmly from the start, they were always helpful and accommodating, it felt like being at home. One of the great things of this hotel was the perfect location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

While the location was convenient, the downside was trying to get around the city in the midst of busy traffic, especially during the rush hour. I felt the noise from the highway was quite loud especially if you stayed on the lower floors.

Great location close to public transport and with easy access to the city center. Rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests are satisfied. the breakfast selection is varied and tasty, with good options for different dietary requirements. Free Wi-Fi and parking are also a plus.

The rooms facing the highway can be quite noisy, so it's recommended to ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. the gym and spa facilities are limited, and some equipment could use an update.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is simply perfect, right in the center of everything. From our room on the 7th floor, we had a breathtaking view of the sea. There was even a small sitting area where we could relax and soak in the beautiful scenery. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. We were even given clear directions when we got lost. We also appreciated the fact that we could order breakfast to our room and enjoy it while taking in the stunning views. Speaking of breakfast, the Lebanese spread served here was absolutely delicious. this place truly lives up to its reputation as a boutique hotel, with clean facilities, excellent staff, and a prime location.
